These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Betexch. We have written them in plain, honest English so that every Pakistani player knows exactly where they stand. Please read them before registering.
One account per person, minimum age 18, verified identity required. Your Betexch account is personal and non-transferable.
All PKR transactions are processed securely. Withdrawals to Easypaisa, JazzCash and other supported methods are subject to verification.

To register and use a Betexch account you must meet all of the following conditions:
Betexch operates across multiple markets including Pakistan and performs age and identity verification checks. Providing false information during registration — including about your age, identity, or location — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active Betexch account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, contact details, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended. Any balances or winnings in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Betexch account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Betexch support immediately. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available in your account security settings.
Betexch is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID card (CNIC), proof of address, or payment method verification at any stage — particularly before a withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
All Betexch accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees on any Betexch transaction.
Betexch accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Interbank Fund Transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher amounts may trigger additional verification steps.
Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your Betexch account instantly in the vast majority of cases. IBFT and card transactions may take up to two hours depending on your bank's processing speed. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within four hours, please contact Betexch support with your transaction reference number.
If a deposit is debited from your payment account but not credited to your Betexch balance, do not attempt the transaction again immediately. Contact support first — duplicate deposit attempts for the same failed transaction are a common source of confusion and delay. Betexch will investigate and resolve all reported failed transactions within 24 hours.
Important: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Betexch does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be returned to source and may trigger a full account review.
Betexch processes withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets within 30 minutes for verified accounts. IBFT bank transfers typically complete within 2–4 hours during banking hours. Card refunds may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no standard maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing. For very large withdrawals (above Rs 5,00,000), Betexch may request additional documentation as part of standard financial due diligence.
To be eligible to withdraw, you must have completed the Betexch KYC verification process. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name — the same name as your Betexch account. Any attempt to withdraw to a third-party account will be rejected and may trigger a security review of your account.
If you have an active bonus on your account, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements in full before a withdrawal can be processed. The remaining wagering requirement is displayed clearly in your account balance section at all times.
Betexch reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, you will be informed of the reason and given an opportunity to provide clarifying information.
Betexch offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time they are offered, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.
Most Betexch bonuses carry a wagering requirement — this is the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10× wagering requirement requires Rs 10,000 in total bets before a withdrawal can be processed. The wagering requirement for each specific bonus is stated clearly in the promotion terms before you opt in.
Welcome bonuses are available to new Betexch players on their first qualifying deposit only. Existing players are not eligible for the new player welcome offer. Promotional bonuses offered to existing players have their own eligibility criteria which are communicated at the time of the offer. Betexch reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility based on account history, suspected abuse, or at its sole discretion.
All Betexch bonuses have an expiry period, which is stated in the individual promotion terms. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your account automatically. The expiry timer for each active bonus is visible in your account promotions section.
Zero Tolerance for Bonus Abuse: Betexch takes bonus integrity seriously. Strategies designed to exploit bonuses — including arbitrage betting between bonus and real money balances, placing offsetting bets to guarantee profit — are considered abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
The Betexch Refer a Friend programme rewards existing players for introducing new players to the platform. To earn a referral bonus, your referred friend must register a new Betexch account using your unique referral link and complete a qualifying first deposit of at least Rs 500, followed by at least one real-money bet.
Referral bonuses are paid in PKR directly to your Betexch account balance and are fully withdrawable — there is no wagering requirement on standard referral bonuses. Referral tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold) are assessed monthly based on the number of qualifying referrals completed in the preceding 30 days. Betexch reserves the right to modify tier thresholds or bonus amounts with reasonable notice.
Self-referral — where a player refers themselves using a secondary identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud under these Terms. Any referral bonus generated through self-referral or referral of a household member using shared devices or connections may be withheld pending investigation.
All bets placed on Betexch sports markets are subject to the specific sport and market rules displayed in the betting interface at the time of placement. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules will take precedence for that market.
A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation notification with a unique bet reference number. Betexch processes bets in real time and reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any bet at its discretion — particularly in cases of suspected advantage play, system errors, or pricing errors. In the event of a clear and demonstrable pricing error, Betexch reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.
In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected sports events on Betexch. Odds on in-play markets change rapidly and may be suspended at any time during an event. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are locked — subsequent odds changes do not affect confirmed bets. Betexch cannot be held responsible for connectivity issues that prevent you from placing or viewing in-play bets.
Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed in the bet slip for each market before you place your bet. Limits may vary by sport, competition, market type, and account profile. Betexch reserves the right to reduce maximum stake limits for individual accounts based on betting patterns.
All casino games available on Betexch — including live dealer games (Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), slot games, crash games (including Aviator), and virtual table games — are provided subject to the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Betexch presents certified Return to Player (RTP) figures for all games, which are either displayed in the game information panel or available on request from support.
Live dealer games on Betexch are streamed from professional studio environments with real, trained dealers handling physical cards or roulette wheels. The results of live games are determined by physical dealing and are not subject to software manipulation. Video streams are recorded and logs are maintained. In the event of a disputed live game outcome, Betexch will review the recording and the decision of the review panel is final.
If your internet connection drops during a casino game round, Betexch's system will complete the round according to its standard game logic or hold your bet in escrow until connection is restored, depending on the game type. Any in-progress game round that cannot be completed due to a genuine system fault on Betexch's side will result in the stake being returned. Disconnections on the player's side do not entitle a stake refund if the game outcome has been determined.
Betexch is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
Betexch employs fraud detection systems that monitor betting patterns, account activity, and payment behaviour in real time. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be suspended pending investigation. During any investigation, access to funds may be restricted.
Betexch collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at betexch.ws/privacy-policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.
Betexch uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support, and where you have opted in, to send promotional communications. Your data is never sold to third parties. Betexch shares data only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.
You have the right to request access to the personal data Betexch holds about you, and to request corrections or deletion of inaccurate data. Submit such requests to our support team and we will respond within 30 days.

Betexch will never contact a self-excluded player with promotional material during their exclusion period. Any player who attempts to re-register during an active self-exclusion will have the new account closed immediately.
Betexch may suspend or close your account at any time for the following reasons:
Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is found following investigation, the balance will be returned via the player's last verified withdrawal method. If a breach is confirmed, Betexch reserves the right to forfeit any balance held.
If you wish to close your Betexch account voluntarily, contact our support team. Any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds not yet qualifying for withdrawal) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
Betexch provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure consistent service availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Betexch's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. Betexch is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms limits Betexch's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Betexch reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document. For significant changes, Betexch will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Betexch platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
